Roger Jones

Roger is the founder and Chief Executive of Vantage Hill Partners.  Prior to forming the company he gained over 20 years line management experience in the energy, financial services, professional service, airline and technology sectors with firms such as Amoco (BP), Chase Manhattan Bank, Amadeus IT Group and Korn/Ferry International in consulting, operations, marketing and international business development roles up to Global VP.

Over the past 15 years he has worked worldwide with Chief Executives, top teams and senior leaders from private equity backed enterprises to top Fortune companies.  Helping them improve their performance. His work has been featured by the BBC, CFO Magazine, Financial Times, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Inc. magazine, INSEAD Knowledge, The Sunday Times and The Wall Street Journal.

In addition to an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in science subjects, Roger has an MA degree from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change (clinical organisational psychology).  He is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations.

A best selling international author, Roger has conducted business in over 40 countries in Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia, and lived in four countries. 

Today, Roger lives in London, UK and works worldwide.  His passions include being with his wife and young daughter, writing, cartooning, travel and playing squash.

Gerlinde Silvis

Gerlinde is an organisational consultant and executive coach who draws on over 30 years experience as a senior executive in financial services. She has devised and led large organisational transformations in strategic and commercial operations, as well as company-wide cultural change programmes.  Gerlinde has been board member and Chief HR Officer at Rabobank, one of the world's top 30 banks with over 45,000 employees.

She has broad experience in designing programmes including organisational transformation, leadership programs, talent management and development and learning strategy, as well as selection and succession planning and design a cultural change programmes.

Gerlinde is an experienced non-executive director in financial services, healthcare and arts sector.  She holds on a BA from Utrecht University and a Masters degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change (clinical organisational psychology) from INSEAD.

Gerlinde speaks Dutch, English and German, lives in the Netherlands and works worldwide.

Nathalie Metcalf

Nathalie is a senior executive coach and top team consultant.  She has over 25 years business experience that encompasses a unique combination of skills drawn from her early career as a strategy consultant and, over the past 14 years, working with senior leadership teams to improve their effectiveness.

Nathalie’s experience working for global management consultancies Arthur D. Little and Andersen Consulting has given her an in depth understanding of the challenges that confront senior leaders across a broad range of sectors. Her focus has been on helping teams and individuals lead change and implement strategies though difficult challenges.  In addition to her coaching role, Nathalie works on the leadership programmes of INSEAD, Henley Business School and London Business School.

Nathalie holds a bachelor in Economics from Monash University in Australia, an MBA from INSEAD and a Diploma in Consulting and Coaching for Change (clinical organisational psychology) also from INSEAD. She is also a qualified  Systemic Team Coach.  

Nathalie lives in London, UK, with her husband, 3 children and a dog. She loves spending time with family and friends, keeping fit and her latest hobbies include gardening and golf.  She is a keen traveller, has British, Australian and Mauritian nationalities and has lived in Singapore for 5 years.
