Roger's Harvard Business Review article, "What CEOs Are Afraid Of" was published in February 2015.
It features our research of 116, mainly European companies that shows how personal fears can drive dysfunctional behaviour in executive teams. Over 500 consequences of such behaviour were reported frompoor decision making, only acting when there is a crisis and ineffective strategy implementation.
